Enabling enterprise customers to find relevant content through a tested navigation and search
LiveRamp enterprise products power advertising for world-class brands, agencies, and publishers. I led the charge to help advertisers seamlessly navigate complex use cases and unite disparate data sources—earning the trust of company leaders to take on even more!
I focused on quick wins—resolving usability issues while laying the groundwork for an AI-driven search to improve content discovery. By conducting Persona and Journey Mapping workshops with cross-functional teams like Measurement, Data Catalog, and Activation, I quickly identified user needs.
Through informal, fast-paced Hallway tests with Customer Success teams, I built strong relationships and gathered key feedback: we needed more than just quick fixes. Armed with insights and design alternatives, I rallied Product, Design, and Engineering to pursue a Flattened Experience for our Navigation, boosting our SUS score by 10%.

Collapsed vs Expanded State
Working with the UX Research team and writers, we tested the information architecture and design with over 300+ internal and external users. The results showed an increase in Success Rates for key tasks, Directness, and a reduction in Time To Task. To amplify our findings, I directed a video, featuring Product, User Research, and Engineering to champion the change across the organization.
